Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I am an avid lover of all things outdoors. When not working with clients I'm typically out hiking with my dog, camping, or working in the garden. I have a passion for travel, love any type of board game or card game and love spending quality time with friends.

Spokane became home to me when I began college at Whitworth University earning my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. After my undergraduate education, I worked at a local nonprofit agency supporting individuals with disabilities. I gained my graduate degree from Whitworth University, graduating with my Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am dually licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate.

I provide individual, couple and family therapy to people 13 years and older of all backgrounds. While I primarily work with adolescents, and adults I do have experience working with children. I offer an eclectic approach, incorporating evidenced based theoretical orientations that best fit your unique needs.

I am here to offer you support through whatever struggles you may currently be facing. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, body image, intimacy issues, foster care or adoptive support, parenting difficulties, navigating a divorce or martial distress, I will walk along side you as we find solutions to navigate these challenges.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions or to schedule a free phone consultation. I look forward to speaking with you.
